Florian Coldea, the general now under DNA investigation, has amassed a real estate fortune in recent years. The most important part of his portfolio is a villa worth more than 1.5 million euros, into which he is about to move.

The developer knew Florian Coldea very well. This is the story of Dan Nikola Popovich, grandson of Pujol Popovich. The latter could even be a neighbor of the Pipera complex, where Coldea currently rents.
In addition, in September 2022, Coldea also bought a luxury apartment in a prestigious northern area, close to Herăstrău Park. The house has an area of 100 square meters and is priced at about 300,000 euros.
At the end of 2022, Florian Coldea and his wife purchased two more plots of forest land in a small town in Sălaj County, with a total area of more than 78,000 square meters.
Also interesting is the purchase of a villa in the Cotroceni district with an area of 256 sqm in 2023. The transaction was completed without bank credit.
General Coldea’s real estate investments do not stop there. Dorin Kokos revealed that he still has a villa in Snagov, built by a company he protects and procured works with the state. This is about Petre Badea’s company. Dorin Kokos claims that the relationship between Coldea and Badea’s company was known during the Basescu regime. Georgian Surdu, the former head of RA-APPS and a close relative of the former Udrea-Kokos couple, handed over the documents to Badea at the request of Coldea.
