Utah hockey has taken another step in choosing its image.
Passing by The Pat McAfee ShowOwner Ryan Smith said the team has narrowed the potential roster to four players.
He revealed that “Mammoth” and “Snowman” are two of the four names still in the running for Utah. In early May, we learned that the team wanted to survey fans to choose a name.
“It happens, it happens. It’s going to be revealed soon,” Smith said.
The Stanley Cup was also in the studio for this episode, with Smith joining in briefly.
On April 18, the NHL Board of Governors approved the sale of the Arizona Coyotes. The team has spent the past 28 years in Arizona.
