In the latest round of financing, Helsinki Defense Industries brought in 450 million euros, of which 70 million euros will also go to Estonia to open an office here and invest in defense projects here. Marko Kaseleht, CEO of Estonian Defense Industries SensusQ and member of the board of directors of the Estonian Defense and Space Industries Association, opened the radio morning show.

11.00-12.00 “Hot Seat”. Valeria Kiisk, partner at financial and investment advisor Redgate Capital, is in the hot seat. He advises the government on how to revive the economy and what to learn from Lithuania, where the economy is doing very well. Kiisk also explains why wealthy investors are fleeing Estonia and discusses whether it is worth buying government bonds when they are available to retail investors. The show is hosted by Marge Ugezene.
12.00-13.00 “Employer’s time*”. The program will discuss reducing bureaucracy to increase the competitiveness of Estonia’s economic space, as well as predictability in the tax environment, easing worker shortages and ambitions. In addition, we also discuss how to attract investors next to an aggressive neighbor.
Argo Luude, Tallinn Port Manager Valdo Kalm and Kramer Estonia Manager Remo Holsmer will visit the show. The show is hosted by Rivo Sarapik. The show premiered in February this year.
13.00-14.00 “Service Guide”. In the show we look at mapping the customer journey and how to meet the expectations of the customer along this journey. To do this we have invited Service Designer Mari Arnover and Sales Trainer from Tele2 Estonia Veiko Reimandi to the show who will share practical advice with our listeners.
We will discuss in more detail which methods to use when mapping the customer journey, what the roles of the team should be, and how to test the journey. The show is hosted by Maarit Eerme.
15.00-16.00 “Ravajutude”. In the show, you will first hear Pärtel-Peeter Pere talk about the climate crisis and land waste. In the second half of the show, Andro Mänd explains what urban sprawl means and the problems it poses.
The talks were recorded at a real estate development conference held in May this year. The conversation was moderated by Lauri Leet.
