Parents whose children are undisciplined/feral become a burden on the community, law enforcement, the judicial system, and ultimately the penal system.
There are many such cases, but there are few accountability or punishment measures against their parents.
Surely someone has thought about this question?
Solve anti-socialism fundamentally.
As it stands, I don’t think kids under 12 can be prosecuted/cautioned (can they?), so they can basically do whatever they want.
