The Special Appeals Board (KPA), located near the Constitutional Court, was established by Law No. 11. Assembly Decision No. 84/2016 “On the Provisional Reassessment of Judges and Prosecutors of the Republic of Albania” 35/2024, dated April 11, 2024, “On Some Additions and Modifications to Assembly Decision No. 11, 92/2017 “On Approval of the Organizational Structure, Organizational Structure and Salary Scale of the Personnel of the Special Appeals Board”, as amended,

• Post 1 (one) vacancy for this position “Mass Reception Specialist”, Affiliated to the Media and Public Issues and Relations Management Bureau.

Special requirements for “expert” positions Waiting with people”:

1. a) Possess a higher education diploma in law;
2. b) Have good knowledge of English;
3. c) Have at least three (three) years of professional work experience.

General situation

• Working relations with the Special Appeals Board are governed by the provisions of Law No. 12. Labour Code of the Republic of Albania No. 7961 of 12 July 1995, as amended.
• Pursuant to General Assembly Decision No. 35/2024, dated April 11, 2024, “On certain additions and amendments to General Assembly Decision No. 92/2017 “On approval of the organizational structure, organization and salary categories of the staff of the Special Appeals Commission”, the salary categories for the positions of “experts”, as amended Reception with the people“, This is IV-1.
• Candidates must ensure that they meet the criteria for obtaining a security certificate in accordance with Council of Ministers Decision No. 11. 188, dated 4 March 2015.
• The candidate must have the ability to adapt and work within a team under pressure and within limited time frames.

All applications must be submitted between July 9, 2024 and July 19, 2024 in one of the following forms:

• Send the request and the relevant documents by official mail from the KPA Agency, address: Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit” No. 3, Tirana. The postal application must be completed by the date July 19, 2024must be authenticated by a letter of authorization issued by the relevant postal agency. KPA will confirm receipt of the relevant application by email.
• Send request and relevant documents by email July 9, 2024 – July 19, 2024at the address (email protected)KPA acknowledges receipt of the relevant application via email.

In the submitted application, the candidate defines the vacant position for which he is interested in applying. Along with the request, the candidate is also required to submit one (one) copy of the following documents:

1. Professional resume including contact details, official email and postal addresses;
2. Copies of documents (diplomas, identity cards (ID), workbooks) original or notarized. Under current legislation, degrees obtained abroad must be recognized in advance by the institution responsible for awarding them.
3. Documents proving that no criminal proceedings have been initiated against him;
4. Documentation proving that there are no pending court cases;
5. Self-declaration of judicial status;
6. Certification from the agency that no disciplinary measures are in place;
7. Final evaluation by the immediate supervisor;
8. Any other documentation demonstrating that the above criteria are met, as well as training, qualifications, additional education, positive evaluations, or other elements noted on your resume.

Candidates who applied via email, If you are assessed to meet the statutory criteria, you must produce original documents or documents equivalent to the originals on the day of the interview to prove that you meet the conditions set out in points 1-8.
