“Before this war began, Putin believed NATO was collapsing. Today, NATO is stronger than at any time in its history. When this senseless war began, Ukraine was a free country. It remains a free country today, and this war will end with a free and independent Ukraine,” Biden said from the podium.

“Russia will not win. Ukraine will win,” he added, as the audience broke into applause.

Many countries came to support
