Kuwait City, July 4: The Ministry of Interior has launched a comprehensive security check campaign against those violating the residency law in Al Jahra Governorate. The initiative has resulted in the arrest of several foreigners violating the residency law.
According to the General Directorate of Security Relations and Media, the arrested offenders have been handed over to the relevant authorities for necessary legal action and will subsequently be deported. In addition to those violating the residency law, several people were arrested for possession of narcotics and psychotropic substances.
The government stressed that these security campaigns will continue across the country to ensure that all those violating residency laws are arrested. The ministry called on the public to cooperate with security forces and report any violators or lawbreakers by calling the emergency number (112).
