The UTM party said the death of soldier Lucius Banda was very painful especially when the party was still mourning its leader, Saulos Chilima.
Banda is the Campaign Director of the UTM party.
UTM spokesman Felix Njawala said as a party they had no idea what had happened or how their leaders had died.
“Chilima came to South Africa to visit Lucius Banda when he recently came from South Korea.
“Several party officials have also been visiting him. We didn’t expect it to end like this. Brothers, what can we do if he cries?” Njawara told Times 360.
