Limpopo police have launched an investigation after human remains were found in bushes near an adult school in Stockimbabalo, Sekhukwue District.

Police spokesman Colonel Malesela Ledwaba said the monks found human remains, including a skull, while collecting firewood. Clothes were also found at the scene.

“(The clothing) consisted of grey trousers, a red sweatshirt, grey socks and grey traditional women’s clothing. It appeared that the bones had been at the site for a long time,” he said.
