These days I’m thinking about how the fast pace of life has disconnected us from our own feelings and those of others. It’s then that we need to promote emotional BroadCast Unitedligence in our communities. That’s why the recent alliance between the Ismael Kara Foundation and the Acevedo Foundation is more than just a collaboration; it’s a beacon of hope, lighting the way to a brighter future for more than 1,000 youth in Florida.
Over the years, the mission of the Ismail Kara Foundation has been clear: to positively influence the development of their societies through projects that teach them not only how to lead, but also to listen to their own voices and manage their emotions effectively. This commitment is reflected in every workshop, every meeting and every life we touch.
With the support of the Acevedo Foundation, we have expanded our reach and deepened our impact. Together, we are launching an educational program that not only teaches young people to recognize and express their emotions, but also enables them to face life’s challenges with resilience and wisdom. This strategic alliance allows us to reach five educational centers, where 30 coordinators in each center will communicate our vision to 200 young people.
Evening PartyHeritage of Light” will be held in Miami on September 7th and will not only raise funds for this noble cause, but will also celebrate the unity and commitment of our community. The event will feature the exceptional Puerto Rican singer Olga Tañón, who will lend her voice to our cause.
For the Acevedo Foundation, this collaborative effort is a way to give back a little of what we have received and a gesture of gratitude to the community that supports its growth and success. It is this spirit of gratitude and collaboration that drives us forward as we continue to work toward a world where every young person has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.
As we move forward, we believe that every small effort adds up, and every empowered young person is a promise for a better future. We are here to leave a mark, to build a legacy of light and hope.
