Kim Lundgreen has been involved with the Community Door-to-Door Project for nearly thirty years. As part of the 30th anniversary celebration, we created a series of videos to highlight their work.
This short video features the work of Kim Lundgreen, Cultural Mediator for Vietnamese Cases at Harborview Medical Center. Kim works with Vietnamese patients in the ICU unit. She describes her role as helping patients and their families understand what is happening with their loved ones. She removes language barriers between patients and healthcare providers so that everyone is clear and understands health conditions and goals of care.
