Although the inspection body receives complaints from employees in various fields, Mr. Gricius said there are also some areas that can be called the most risky. “Construction, transportation, when it comes to disasters and accidents, safety violations, forestry, manufacturing and services are also the same,” said J. Gricius.

The head of the inspection said that it is very important to protect the rights of young people who have just started working. “It is difficult for me to imagine how these young people are being mistreated. What kind of conscience can do such a thing? It is not necessarily so. The young person who starts a work activity must be properly paid for that activity, he must know that in the future his rights as an employee will be defended and protected. He will have decent working conditions. This is where we need to start,” said J. Gricius, adding that, despite the fact that such cases have been discovered, statistics are not the most important. – I am not interested in these facts or figures, even the fact that there are serious violations of labor laws and violations of the rights of this young person is important. I will never give this to anyone, and we won’t. “
