St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): On May 6, 2024, police received a report of a robbery at the Daytan Service Station in Nevis, in the village of Jessup. Initial investigations revealed that an armed, masked assailant attacked the store owner, stole a sum of money from the store, and then fled the scene.
Police have arrested two suspects, Akeem Dos Santos, 25, from Church Ground, Nevis, and Nicklus David, 21, from Low Street, Nevis.
They were charged on June 14, 2024 at Cotton Ground Police Station and Newcastle Police Station respectively.
The Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force said it “resolutely treats incidents of robbery with the utmost seriousness and has an unwavering commitment to delivering justice”.
