After nearly four years in the making, a tower is nearing completion and leasing has begun at the newest community in New Jersey City’s Newport neighborhood.

Inspired by the concept of a beehive, the design seeks to reflect the busy pace of contemporary life while employing an elegant style that creates a sense of community and belonging by balancing home and work.

Bisby’s amenities include a 33,000-square-foot rooftop with a pickleball court, outdoor fitness area, dog run, sun deck, fire pit and outdoor kitchen with grills. The complex also has a two-story coworking space.
