The floor of the house is covered with a grey “resin” without partitions, which gives a homogeneous surface appearance and contributes to the sense of space, the tone of the exterior floor corresponds to the “resin”, thus linking the interior of the house to the yard. The ceiling of the house is lowered, with broken lines in the plaster ceiling, creating a feeling of a floating, light and airy ceiling. In the process, electricity, air conditioning and multimedia infrastructure were established.
