Al-Osaimi pointed out that citizenship allows a person over 18 to change his or her name for the first time or to revert to a previous name, for example, if the person’s name is Nawaf and he or she wants to change it to Zaki, he or she can do so, and if the name was previously changed to Zaki and he or she wants to return to Nawaf, this is also possible.
