In Munich, they drink the classic Munich beer or the so-called beer helez, which is famous in Bavaria and all over Germany, and they also drink Weiss beer, or wheat beer made from wheat malt,” Vasilyev said.
“Beer is differentiated. In Berlin, they drink Berliner Weiss, which is a slightly sour beer. In Düsseldorf, they drink Outbier, which is a dark red beer, a fir beer. In Stuttgart, they drink Germanpilser, and in Cologne, they drink the famous Kölsch. Some beers are aged longer at room temperature,” he added.
