The Ministry of Finance and the General Directorate of Sumer Holding of the Ministry of Finance’s Privatization Administration published a notice on the subject in the Official Gazette.
Thus, one property each in Kozan in Adana, Genci in Bingol, Atuklu in Mardin, Avanos in Nevşehir, Arakli in Trabzon and Alasehir and Kerkagaci districts in Manisa, two in the central district of Kilis and five in the central district of Nid will be privatized through sales.
The real estate bidding specifications range from 3,000 liras to 5,000 liras, and the temporary guarantee fee ranges from 100,000 liras to 750,000 liras.
The deadline for bidding on Nid and Trabzon properties has been set for July 11. For the other properties, final offers can be made until July 10.
The bidding will be conducted by “negotiation”, i.e. sealed bids from multiple bidders are received and negotiated. The bidding will then be closed through an auction held with the participation of bidders and bargaining negotiations will continue with the bidders.
Bidders must obtain separate tender specifications for each property, submit separate bids, and hand-deliver the necessary documents to the organization’s address “Bahçekapı Mahallesi Atatürk Orman Çiftliği Kümeevleri No:4 (06797) Etimesgut/ANKARA” until 17:00 on the last bid submission date.
