Former New York City mayor and current Trump fixer Rudy Giuliani could soon lose control of all of his assets for his role in the 2020 smear campaign against two Georgia poll workers.

“Now that Mr. Giuliani’s bankruptcy case has been dismissed, Plaintiffs may finally be able to obtain some measure of recovery through enforcement of the judgment,” attorneys for Freeman & Moss wrote. “In this motion, Plaintiffs seek two remedies to which they are entitled under New York law: an order requiring Mr. Giuliani to surrender personal property held by him to satisfy the judgment, and an order appointing Plaintiffs as receivers with the power to take possession of and sell Mr. Giuliani’s unsurrendered real and personal property.”
