However, a public information officer for the Napa County Sheriff’s Office told Page Six that police did respond to a domestic violence call just before 10 a.m.

“For domestic violence, if someone picks up the phone and says, ‘You don’t really have to come,’ we’re still going to do a welfare check. We’re not going to stop what we’re doing,” Henry Wofford told us.

“We were sent there and our deputy went right there.”

Chigvintsev, 42, and the alleged victim were both at the residence when authorities arrived, according to officers.

Chigvintsev was booked into the Napa County Jail around 10:40 a.m. and posted $25,000 bail around 2:15 p.m., allowing him to remain in custody. Released.

Chigvintsev has yet to make any statement on the matter and did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Garcia, who has a 4-year-old son, Mateo, with her husband, has also not commented on the incident or confirmed whether she was a victim, but she shared on Instagram Wednesday that she is now in Napa Valley, where they live.

Police tell us the person who was attacked asked for privacy, so authorities are not releasing their name because they are “respecting the individual’s personal request” and “complying with the law.”
