Israeli forces attacked a car in front of a tent of media workers near Khan Yunus Nasir Hospital.
Mohammed Az-Zenin, a photographer with TRT’s Arabic department, was injured in the eye during the attack, while his assistant Mohammed Karajan and several other media workers were also reportedly injured in the attack.
The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement on the attack on X’s social media account.
“The attack against TRT staff in the Gaza Strip is a bloody Israeli cover-up. We stand in solidarity with all media workers who work tirelessly to expose Israel’s oppression to the world. We express our condolences to TRT staff and the Israeli government,” the statement said. A TRT family was injured in the recent attack. “It was reported.
