When does school start?
Term 1 will begin on Monday 9 September 2024 and end on Friday 17 January 2025.
In the 2024-2025 school year, the orientation training will be conducted from September 2 to 6 for the first day of school for pre-school and first grade of primary school.
Necessary travel activities will be carried out for fifth grade students of secondary schools and Imam Hatip Secondary Schools, preparations of secondary education administration departments, and ninth grade students to inform them of the schools where they will stay in dormitories to support their academic and professional development and adapt to entering a new educational environment in a short period of time.

The first semester break will take place from November 11 to 15, 2024.
The semester break will begin on Monday 20 January 2025 and end on Friday 31 January 2025. Semester 2 will begin on Monday 3 February 2025 and end on Friday 20 June 2025.
The second semester holiday will begin on Monday 31 March 2025 and end on Friday 4 April 2025.
