“Today, this is not my fight, nor is it someone else’s fight, this is a fight for media freedom. Today we are here to bear witness to the truth,” said Vinko Kojundžić, owner of the Cuspis company, whose IZIS system has been implemented in HNŽ.
Kozończyć will appear as a witness at the Mostar City Court, which today continues hearings in the lawsuit filed by former director of the Health Insurance Institute Rade Bošnjak against the portal Hercegovina.info, seeking damages for alleged defamation, in which he demands DM 7,000.

“The fifth layer exists, there are parallel institutions that send the insured’s information to a company without any contract. There is cash flow, and Rade Boshniak is trying to prevent the media from reporting on this. If we live in a country where the truth cannot be written, then it is better not to live. If you ask me which is better, a government without media or media without government, I would say media without government, because the media controls this society,” Kozonczic told the media before testifying.
He stated that he would testify to the truth and reiterated that “Rade Bošnjak invited him and his wife to join the company, after which he started working in two companies on the fifth floor and provided them with information”.
“I don’t know how Rad Bosniak and his gang are still at large. How is it possible that he hasn’t been caught yet, with so many clues. We read about SIPA, they searched the institute, but there are traces. These companies cannot function without people paying salaries. The money for these companies had to come from somewhere, and that’s where the search began. There were living witnesses at the institute, they had to send data to the insured, export data, on the orders of the Bosnian Rada. Personal data was exported to a company across the street, there was nothing in the building,” he said when asked about his testimony.
He said he would verify the truth and believed that the truth would eventually come out.
The ball untied
“Everything I said before is true. Because he fled to Croatia, because of a secret meeting in Sarajevo with a lawyer who was supposed to be the institute’s lawyer, they invited me to write for the company for free. In two days there will be a verdict on this issue, so the tangle of Rada Bosniaks is slowly unravelling. It is positive that Rade Bošnjak had the courage to attend the hearing today, because he did not have this courage when he sued us,” he added.
When asked about his expectations for the process, Koronjic said he didn’t think the judge could make any decision other than acquittal.
“I still have a lot of evidence that has not been given to the public, it is known that Rade Bošnjak issued the order, Mihovil Čuljak aka Željezničar executed it, and other employees of the institute also had tunnel vision, and both of them knew everything about what was going on. Information from the institute was copied, information about the insured was given, knowledge was copied,” he said, adding that a week ago he received an anonymous threat “that if he did not keep silent, they would have some evidence against him” and that he suspects that all this is related to the case.
