NASSAU | Former Clifton Heritage Park managing director Mario Bannister and two others were charged in the District Court for the brutal murder of 36-year-old Philip Adderley, who was found with his hands and feet bound and suffering from multiple stab wounds on August 14.
Bannister, along with Christian Napier and Donte Riley, were charged with murder.
Bannister was separately charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder.
Riley and Napier are accused of jointly killing Adderley.
All three defendants were not required to plead guilty and were denied bail.
They will be remanded to the Bahamas Department of Corrections.
All three will return to court on February 13, 2025.
