On Friday night, Cambodian Royal Government Spokesperson Peng Bona, through Facebook, described the three generations of traitors living in Sam Rainsy Prison on foreign soil as people who speak with their mouths closed, their brains closed, their eyes closed, and their ears closed.

Mr. Pongbona posted the message after a prisoner living on foreign land accused the Royal Government of Cambodia of borrowing Chinese funds to dig Fonantko and relying on Vietnam to develop Kratie, Stung Treng, Ratanakiri and Mondulkiri provinces.
On the evening of August 23, Mr. Pen Bona posted a message on social media, linking the photo posted by Sam Rainsy to the original content: “This is a person who always has his mouth open but his eyes, ears and brain closed.”។

Regarding the story of Prek Chik Funan Techo, the initiator of the canal project, Prince Hun Sen and Prime Minister Hun Sen, continued to implement this historic canal project and explained many times that the Royal Government did not do it. They did not borrow even a penny. The project was invested in accordance with the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, in which the private sector is the only investor. After completion, the investment company will charge a certain fee to passing ships. After the term of office, the company will be handed over to the Royal Government for full control. Another investment is controlled by the Khmer people, not foreign investment.
Mr. Pengbona said that even primary school students know more about the Funan Teko Canal Project than the three generations of traitors of Sam Rainsy.
Mr. Pen Bona said that investing in the Funan Techo Canal project for the private sector is a profitable investment, that is, the company also benefits from the revenue from the use of the canal. Canal users also benefit because they spend less and use it less. After the operating contract ends, the Royal Government will have full control. In addition, there are many other benefits for the people, such as water use for agriculture, animal husbandry, ecotourism and many other businesses. This canal has great benefits, especially avoiding borrowing the breath of other countries.

Mr. Peng Bonar asserted that the development triangular cooperation (CLV-DTA) is not new air. Such cooperation has been done by many countries for the common interests of all countries, including villages and fences. Currently, no country can survive and build an economy alone. That is why all countries seek all possible forms of cooperation, including bilateral, multilateral, regional and global frameworks. This cooperation also opens the door for big investors from other countries to invest. This is for the benefit of the nation.
Mr. Peng Bonner eventually wrote on social media: “Just open your eyes, look at the documents, open your ears, listen to the explanations, and use your brain to think a little, and you can easily understand. When you understand and open your mouth to speak, what you say will be valuable and useful, not words like this to deceive children.
