Iranian expatriates can vote at Iranian embassies and consulates around the world using their passports in addition to their ID cards, Mohsen Islami, spokesman for Iran’s election headquarters, said on Tuesday.
Iran’s Guardian Council has approved a list of six candidates for the upcoming Iranian presidential election.
The winner will replace the late President Ebrahim Raisi, who was killed in a helicopter crash in northwest Iran last month.
