Christian Dussey: “The risk of attacks has increased since January”
The head of the Swiss secret service, in a rare interview with CNN, has called for more personnel to deal with the growing threat.

Christian Dussey, director of the Federal Intelligence Service.
Adrian Moser
You recently captured a Russian spy who was planning an attack on the Burgenstock. Have we avoided the worst?
I cannot comment on this. There are several ongoing criminal proceedings in the Federal Prosecutor’s Office. On the other hand, I can confirm that espionage poses a high threat to Switzerland. This threat did not start with the Burgenstock Ukrainian peace conference. It has always been there. In the past, we have warned about Russian and Chinese espionage. However, with the outbreak of war in Europe, all intelligence services have become more aggressive.
