Paris 2024 Olympic bronze medallist and defending Commonwealth Games champion Muzala Samukonga says his goal is to win the Lausanne Diamond League in Switzerland tomorrow.
Samukonga will face a familiar line-up from the Paris Olympics final, which includes Quincy Hall, Mathew Smith, Charles Dobson, Vernon Norwood, Lionel Spitz, Bayapo Ndori and Collen Busang Kebinatshipi.
The 49th Athletissima Games will be held at the La Pontès Olympic Stadium, which has a regular capacity of 15,700 people.
The Lausanne Diamond League will provide a fascinating showdown between the competitors, some of which will be a repeat of the Olympic competition at the Stade de France.
