Muscat: The Oman 2024 International Series, part of the Asian Tour, concluded at Al Mouj Golf with a stunning display of skill and sportsmanship as Carlos Ortiz of Mexico won the title. The tournament, which took place from February 22 to 25, was capped by Carlos Ortiz defeating South African Luis Oosthuizen by four strokes. This year’s tournament, sponsored by Saudi LIV Golf, reinforces Al Mouj Golf’s reputation as a world-class golf destination.
Building on the success of the previous edition, the 2024 event attracted 144 players from over 25 countries, including renowned golfers Joaquin Niemann, Louis Oosthuizen and defending champion Takumi Kanaya. The event fully embodied Al Mouj Golf’s commitment to excellence, highlighting its recent title of Asian Tour’s 2023 Golf Course of the Year and its continued ranking among the world’s top 100 courses.
