Based on the information received, the Campia Turzi police managed to find the truck involved. After stopping the vehicle, Andrea and Gabriel immediately rescued the victim and detained the attacker.
“The woman was clearly affected and in a state of shock, with obvious signs of physical assault. The swift intervention of the police prevented the escalation of this extremely serious situation. If it weren’t for the vigilance and contribution of the citizens who saw this incident and called 112 as soon as possible, we might be talking about another tragedy now.”, the police added.
The attacker has been charged with deprivation of liberty and domestic violence. The criminal case will be expanded based on the evidence collected.
