Rose water (recipe)
raw material:
– Wild rose petals (4-5)
– A saucepan with a glass lid
– A porcelain bowl
– A stone base to place the bowl on
– 5 cups of clean water (preferably spring water)

Prepare:
Pour water into a pot, place the bowl rack in it and heat.
Before boiling, add the torn petals to the water and cover with an inverted lid.
The rose essence steam will condense on the lid and drip into the bowl.
To speed up the process, place ice on the lid.
The distillation should last about twenty minutes. Pour the rose water thus obtained into glass bottles and store in the refrigerator. It can be used directly, but it can also be made into a tonic for various purposes.
