The information was given in a message on Monday (August 19).
Rosatom rejects inflammatory news published/circulated by the media regarding unethical financial dealings in the Rooppur nuclear power project, Rosatom said.
It also said Rosatom is committed to open working practices, anti-corruption policies and transparency in procurement processes in all its projects. Transparency in business processes is regularly ensured through external audits. Rosatom is also prepared to go to court to protect its reputation and interests.
It is further stated that we believe that the false information published/circulated by the media is an attempt to tarnish the Rooppur Nuclear Power Project which was implemented to solve the power shortage problem in Bangladesh and benefit the people.
