On Sunday, August 18, there was an unexpected disruption to drinking water service on the road to the coast.
Interagua said the disruption was due to a leak in the 700 mm aqueduct located at kilometer 19 of the road to the coast.
As a result, services on the road to the coast between kilometres 13.5 and 70 will be disrupted indefinitely.
The concessionaire requested understanding and apology to the residents of the affected areas while the works were being carried out.
This Sunday, services at the Sergio Tolar cooperative in the northwest were also interrupted. This measure was taken due to low water levels in drinking water reservoirs. (I)
