43 years after Ratko Rudić ended his playing career and five years after leading Yugoslavia to Olympic gold in Los Angeles, he ended his coaching career in Korcula last night.
In his last game as a substitute, Rudić led Croatia’s golden generation from the 2012 London Olympics against the world qualifiers, with the score at 13:13.
It was also a farewell match for the player who won the Olympic gold medal with Rudic in 2012 and ended his playing career.

As a coach, he won 38 medals in major competitions, making him the most successful water polo specialist in the history of the sport.
