raw material:
– 4 thin steaks
– 100 grams of Predsley
– 4 tablespoons flour
– So biber
– 2 eggs
– 2 tablespoons of milk
– 250 g
– 1 lemon
Prepare:
Place the breadcrumbs on a plate. Place the flour on another plate and season with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs and milk in a deep dish. Place the steak between two sheets of foil and pat it until half a centimeter thick. Then coat the meat in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Heat the butter and fry the schnitzel on both sides for three to four minutes, until golden brown. Shake the pan a few times to prevent the steak from sticking. Then drain the steak on kitchen paper. Wash the lemon under running hot water and cut into slices. Serve the schnitzel with the lemon slices and garnish as desired.
