Romaro Shane Rashan Lewis, also known as “Cartoon,” of 89 Garr Hillside, Christ Church, was the subject of a “wanted criminal” bulletin issued on August 8 and has been arrested.
Lewis was arrested on Tuesday, August 13, and is currently in police custody, assisting police with their ongoing serious criminal investigation.
The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) would like to thank the public and the media for their cooperation in this case.
