According to Marca, with the arrival of Kylian Mbappe from Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid has decided to increase ticket prices for matches at the Bernabéu by 73%! The cheapest ticket for the first home match against newly promoted Valladolid (August 25) will be 95 euros.

The publication noted that, by comparison, the cheapest ticket last year was €55. Even the most expensive “normal” tickets (external business seats and VIP boxes) have become more expensive and now cost €210.

Real Madrid do not want to sign rival fans agreement with La Liga

The price hikes are also affecting fans of rival clubs. Real Madrid is one of four La Liga clubs – along with Villarreal, Rayo Vallecano and Espanyol Barcelona – that have refused to sign a deal with La Liga that would cap away tickets at 30 euros.

At the Bernabéu, all visiting fans pay nearly 100 euros each – to get a seat high up under the stadium roof! At Real Madrid, the ticket prices also depend on the opponents they face. The cheapest are against smaller teams like Valladolid, the most expensive are against big rivals Barcelona and Atletico Madrid.

T-shirt prices have also risen. In the club’s shop, an original (“authentic”) shirt with the name of your favorite player on the back costs up to 185 euros. In the online store of sponsor Adidas it is slightly cheaper, but is no longer to be found.
