Izet Beganović, Adnan Kelecija and Sadik Kevrić were ordered to be deprived of their liberty by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as part of a joint action with the MUP of the Republic of Serbia in connection with a high-level organized crime case, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.
They were deprived of their liberty due to reasonable suspicion that they had committed the criminal offence of organized crime as provided for in Article 250 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in connection with the criminal offence of illegal trafficking in narcotic drugs as provided for in Article 195 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina. According to the Bosnia Prosecutor’s Office, evidence from encryption applications was also used in the investigation.
