Istanbul Foundation First Regional Directorate will launch a tender for its 31,000 square meters of land in Başakşehir on August 23 to “exchange buildings for apartments.”
According to the tender notice information published in the Official Gazette, the ownership of the entire land in Başakşehir ıkitelli is registered in the name of the Silahtar Abdullah Ağa Bin Abdulkerim Foundation.
According to the preliminary scheme prepared for the “Residential” zoned plot, 217 separate parts will be built in blocks on this huge land, including duplex villas, apartments and shops.

Estimated cost: 1.1 billion lira
Once construction is completed, a total of 109 separate components will be transferred to the foundations, including 88 apartments, 18 villas and three shops.
The Council of the First Regional Foundation, which put its land for the construction of luxury housing up for tender, set the estimated price of the tender at 1 billion 175 million 257 thousand 480 liras.
The land is located next to Başakşehir Çam Sakura Municipal Hospital.
