Libreville, Tuesday, August 13, 2024 (Gabon News) – Cyril Ondzigui, marketing and economic intelligence expert, certified leadership trainer and entrepreneurship coach, has a very busy schedule. In fact, the compatriot decided to start training and retraining young entrepreneurs in Gabon and other countries on the African continent.

He is the first to realize that the fight to eliminate unemployment and exclusion, led by the Gabonese authorities, requires first of all training. “The entrepreneurship training of young people is an important response to unemployment, a fight I fight every day. For me, the focus must be on the development of practical skills and the preparation of young people to respond to the real needs of the economy”, supports Mr. Ondzigui, who reveals that his goal is to develop the capabilities of workers and not just to issue diplomas all the time.

In addition, it is expanding its scope by travelling to other countries on the continent. “Our entrepreneurial struggle is not currently limited to Gabon, I support more than 200 young people in Gabon, Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea, providing them with valuable support to transform their ideas into viable businesses”, he added.

Firstly, Mr. Cyril Ondzigui’s mentoring has already yielded results, as several young entrepreneurs have recently launched their respective businesses in various sectors such as agriculture, livestock, technology, etc. In Gabon, entrepreneurship training is becoming an appropriate solution for the country’s economic and social development. By supporting young entrepreneurs, the country is not only investing in its long-term development, but also positioning itself as a more inclusive and prosperous society.

By starting to train his young brothers and sisters in entrepreneurship, Cyril Ondjigui aspires to play an important role at the social level, while strengthening social cohesion and providing young Gabonese people with the opportunity to actively participate in the country’s development.
