After a five-year hiatus, the World Rugby Match Officials Level 3 course has resumed in Suva.
World Rugby coach Talemo Waqa, along with three coaches from Australia and New Zealand, are guiding regional participants from Samoa, Tonga, Nauru, Solomon Islands, Tuvalu and Fiji in training.
The seminar will end on Saturday.
