According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, 82,600 accounts worth $826 million were opened for large families under the 2015-2019 Family Capital Program.
For large families whose third or subsequent child is born (adopted) between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2019, the family capital amount under the program is $10,000.
According to the Family Capital Program for 2020-2024, 57,200 deposit accounts worth 1.47 billion rubles have been opened for large families. According to the program, from January 1, 2023, the amount of family capital will be 29.9 rubles and will be distributed to large families whose third or subsequent child was born (adopted) between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2023.
From January 1, 2024, the new family capital will be 31,480 rubles. During the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024, the family capital will be distributed to the family upon the birth (adoption) of the third or subsequent child.
87,458 applications were submitted for early disposal of household capital. Of these, for: improving living conditions – 71,207; medical services – 9770; education – 6476; purchasing goods for the disabled – 5.
85,050 decisions were made on the early disposal of family capital: Brest Oblast – 17,991, Vitebsk – 8207, Gomel Oblast – 13,602, Grodno Oblast – 10,060, Minsk – 14,707, Mogilev – 8598, Minsk – 11,885.
