These measures should be reflected in the establishment of a national unity government, a transitional control body, the National Security Council (CNS), emphasizing these political groups.
They also called for a consensual steering committee for a national conference, constitutional reform, the creation of a truth, justice and reparations commission, transparent consultations for a credible provisional electoral council (Cep), and the organization of peaceful, fair and inclusive and transparent elections by February 7, 2026.
