Hristo Stoichkov accepts Infantino’s offer to work for FIFA

Bulgarian legend Hristo Stoichkov has accepted an offer to start working for world football federation FIFA. The proposal was made to him personally by HQ president Gianni Infantino during a meeting between the two three days ago when Stoichkov visited the new FIFA building.

Kamata will be responsible for new projects in Eastern Europe.

“I am honoured to accept Gianni Infantino’s invitation to work for FIFA. I will represent myself and Bulgaria at the world headquarters. Football gives me the opportunity to travel the world and see who is developing and what they need. I will do my best to help, Eastern Europe is an inexhaustible source of talent and should remain so.” Stoichkov wrote on Facebook.
