This topic was already discussed at a meeting held in Shklov on August 9, on the topic of effective development of agricultural production in the Shklov and Orsha regions of gross domestic product. The Belarusian President recalled that agricultural reform began in the Shklov region. And this is not because this region is the small hometown of the head of state.
