A passenger plane of “VoePass” airline crashed with 62 people on board.

A passenger plane crashed in the Brazilian state of Sao Paulo. This was shown in a recording from the Brazilian Globo News channel.

The ATR-72 can accommodate 68 passengers. According to VoePass Airlines, there should be 58 passengers and 4 crew members on board.

None of the 62 people on board survived, Brazilian authorities said late Friday.

In videos posted on social media, the machine can be seen plummeting toward Earth out of control. Further footage showed the wreckage of the plane burning.

The flight was reportedly flying from Cascavel in the southwest to Guarulhos in southeastern Brazil when it crashed in the city of Vinedo.

The Brazilian Air Force took over the investigation.
