The courses will be taught and certified by ECCI University. Each course will have a total duration of 70 hours, divided as follows: 50 hours of technical training (100% virtual mode) and 20 hours of social-emotional skills training (10 hours virtual hours and 10 hours face-to-face training). Likewise, those interested will be able to obtain industry certifications related to the knowledge and skills of the training process applied in each course.

If the level you register for is Intermediate or Advanced, you must take an entrance exam, which will verify your level of knowledge. If not approved, the applicant may choose a level prior to the one initially selected by the applicant.
