Kuwait City, July 12: A suspect who tried to smuggle 25 kg of methamphetamine into the country through the seaport has been arrested.
In its ongoing efforts to catch criminals and combat smuggling and drug trafficking, the General Narcotics Control Directorate succeeded in intercepting a smuggler who was hiding drugs in an innovative way. The seized methamphetamine was worth KD 250,000. The accused has been referred to the prosecution for necessary legal action.
