Aibak (Pajhwok): A teenage boy was presumed dead after he drowned while swimming in the Darisov district of the northern Samangan province, an official said on Wednesday.
Police spokesperson Hashmatullah Rahmani told Pajhwok Afghan News that the 19-year-old, a resident of the area, drowned in Noor village on Tuesday.
Rahmani added that police were trying to find the body.
