Zelensky announces test launch of first ballistic missile

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on Tuesday that his military had finally successfully tested its first domestically-produced ballistic missile.

“The first Ukrainian ballistic missile has been actively tested,” Zelensky told a news conference in Kiev. “I congratulate our defense industry on this,” he said, but declined to “give more details about this new missile.”
